Coram Voice Homeless Outreach Project
Our Homeless Outreach Project supports young people facing issues around homelessness to understand their rights, entitlements and access support that works for them, particularly the support that should be provided by Children’s Social Care.
Often when a child or young person is unable to remain at home or where they usually live, it can be hard to speak with Children Social Care. At Coram voice, we use advocacy to help young people’s voices be heard at the heart of the decision making processes; to help them navigate the systems of support available and to resolve any difficulties they have been facing, either by working with them to get help from Children’s Social Care or by accessing specialist alternatives.
Our services are always free for young people and we work with those aged up to 25 years old including those who are supported by Children’s Social Care and those who would like to be.
We have attached some promotional documentation for your information.
Referrals for support for the service can be made via our Always Heard Helpline on 0808 800 5792. Our website can be found at https://coramvoice.org.uk/1566-CV-Outreach-Poster-A4-poster-17-v21566-CV-Outreach-Poster-A4-poster-16-25
