Working in collaboration is essential if adults, children or families are to be offered the range of support they require in a timely manner.

Multi-agency working is about providing a timely and seamless response to individuals with multiple and complex needs. Working effectively across organisational boundaries is critical to planning and providing appropriate support.

Our partners need to be clear about their own roles and responsibilities; and understand the different pressures and governance structures practitioners and colleagues from other sectors operate under.
