Publication of Safeguarding Adult Review

The Manchester Safeguarding Partnership (MSP) partners are clear about their responsibilities to learn from experience and improve their services as a result.

Findings from Safeguarding Adult Review (SARs) are an essential part of this process and provide us with an opportunity to reflect and learn.

On the 25th February 2021 the MSP published its Safeguarding Adult Review – ‘Johnny’.

This report can be viewed in our Safeguarding Adults Reviews resource under the ‘Published Safeguarding Adults Reviews’ tab or can be viewed here: https://stg-manchestersafeguardingpartners-old.kinsta.cloud/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/2021-02-25-SAR-Johnny-final-report-redacted.pdf

The MSP has accepted all the recommendations within the report and partners are ensuring that lessons learned are being shared widely.
